Going Vegan

Monday began my first day of a Vegan diet.  Monday started out good and ended good.  Tuesday I was still somewhat excited at the start of the day, and even held it together just fine until the end.  Today is Wednesday and I am having issues.  I really want to get a hamburger! :(  Not because I crave it, but I think more because I cannot.

  1. If you can wait a few weeks, you CAN have the hamburger. Now you are detoxing and your cravings are real. Hang in there for the 21 days and see how much you gain from this journey!!!
